Getting Started

Five gentle steps from “just signed up” to “fully planning.” Take them one at a time.

   Create Your Account

   Go to twoswan.app and click “Start Free Trial.” Enter your name, your partner’s name, your wedding date, and your email. No credit card needed!

2. 2

   Set Up Your Profile

   Add your wedding colors, upload a photo of you and your partner, and tell us a little about your big day.

3. 3

   Add Your First Guest

   Head to the Guests tab and add your first guest. You can add guests one by one or import a list.

4. 4

   Send Your First Invitation

   Go to Send, choose your guest, pick a beautiful invitation design, choose the language, and hit send. That’s it!

   Track Your Budget

   Head to Budget and enter your total wedding budget. Two Swan will help you track spending as you go.

Tips & Tricks

A few little things our happiest couples love to do.

• Ask your maid of honor to record gifts at your bridal shower using the gift tracker.

• Switch languages anytime using the globe icon in the top corner.

• Set your RSVP deadline in guest settings to send automatic reminders.

• Use the catering estimator to get an accurate food budget before you meet with caterers.
